Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Invoice Maker & PDF Builder mobile application ("App"), provided by an independent software developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Use of the App

The App is intended for creating invoices, estimates, receipts, and related documents for personal or internal business use. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to engage in conduct that would interfere with its operation or violate applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

If the App requires account creation, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App or attempt to extract its source code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you beyond those expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms.

7. Data & Privacy

The App may collect or store data necessary for its operation. Please consult the App's Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and your rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all of your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
